“Aging is not for sissies,” Bette Davis famously remarked. We are blessed with the gift of increased longevity—more years, more adventures, and more challenges, as
well. Together we will explore Jewish tools and perspectives to help us grow deeper, wiser and more resilient as we grow older beyond midlife.

Rabbi Dayle A. Friedman is a spiritual guide, social innovator, chaplain, and scholar. She has pioneered the development of a Jewish spiritual vision for aging, healing and pastoral care. Her newest book is Jewish Wisdom for Growing Older: Finding Your Grit and Grace Beyond Midlife (Jewish Lights, 2015).
